I’m trying to make a page which displays my top last.fm-artists as a part of my website and after installing another plug-in which lets me run php-scripts in pages the plug-in works great.

However, the output stream is very widget-fitted and looks bad on a page. So I’d like it to be easier to adapt the layout of the output stream. Now I’m struggling with trying to find the right places in the plug-in library to edit (this far without much success although I’m pretty sure I’m editing at the right place). Also, the plug-in seems very image oriented. Personally I’d prefer to not even show the profile images of the artists and just display a list on one row straight…

I have the plugin to come off “RECENTLY PLAYED”. However, the artists photos on my website are remaining the same. How does it RECENT function actually work and (while on the last.fm website) how would I actually be able to play the songs so it can appear on the site? I hope I was clear…

I have data in my account and created the lastfmcache directory manually as others have had to. Running PHP 5 as well. However, I’m getting this error:

Warning: imagecreatefromstring() [function.imagecreatefromstring]: Empty string or invalid image in [...]/html/wp-content/plugins/lastfm-artists/lastfm.php on line 159
Could not create images.

(full path removed above)

Any ideas on what the problem may be?

Album art is in the next version which is mostly done right now. I’m currently working on the documentation right now because a lot of things have changed. After that, the next version should be released.

First, great plugin and thanks for all the work.

I’m wondering if there is a way to have it pull in album art instead of just an artist image? I know this plugin is called “artists” and maybe that was one of your purposes for creating this plugin to set it apart from others, but I notice on your site here you have album art in your Last.Fm feed.
